The Office of Student Success and Engle Counseling is leading a four week interactive group series discussing stress, the ways we can manage it, and strategies to care for ourselves. The meeting location will be the Climenhaga Homestead Conference Room.

This group series will have students learn about stress, types of thinking styles, self-compassion/self-care, and mindfulness.
